Property Nanny LLC-FZ provides reliable property care and sitting services to help protect and maintain your property while you are away. Our scheduled visits include basic security, electrical, plumbing, A/C, plant, vehicle, and general property checks, plus mail and package collection, as requested.
Services
Security & Electrical Check
Visual inspection of locks, windows, exterior doors, air conditioning (A/C) units, refrigerators/freezers, and the main electrical breaker panel for operational status or loss of power.
Plumbing Check
Running water in sinks, showers, and toilets to maintain water seals and prevent drain dry-out or foul odors; visual inspection of exposed pipework, water heaters (boilers), and major home appliances for visible leaks.
Care & Maintenance
Watering indoor and outdoor plants according to the written instructions provided by the Client; collecting mail, packages, and doorstep deliveries.
